If you require assistance with prioritization or transforming your ideas into requests, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can collaborate on a plan to further develop these requests.
Shape
We start to look at the request in more detail and begin by outlining the overall shape of the request, including its scope, size, timelines, and designing a high-level approach for that request. During this stage, we also decide whether we can complete the request all at once or if it would be more practical to deliver it in smaller, incremental requests.
We aim to contact you within one working day or less to review the outcome or to request more information for more complex items. Once the request specifications are agreed upon, work will begin immediately.
Monitor
Monitor request progress directly via the Wabsab portal or chat directly with us. For larger requests, we’ll make sure to post daily updates on its progress.
Review
After completing the request, we'll reach out to discuss next steps, which could include further testing, user training, or waiting for the next release window. We'll ensure everything is sorted before moving on to the next request.
